wo068y - East German all white NVA Army Kragenbinde - collar inserts for closed black collar Service Uniforms

Original. Unused and used (cleaned) condition. Essential for wear with Closed collar Service uniforms.  They had to be worn with this uniform as per regulations.  You were not allowed to wear the uniform without these fitted.  These get buttoned into the collar.  Sewn up until 1970 and buttoned in from 1970 to 1974 when black collar uniforms for career soldiers became obsolete.  Three button holes.
