Original. Unused and used (cleaned) condition. Essential for wear with Closed collar Service uniforms.  They had to be worn with this uniform as per regulations.  You were not allowed to wear the uniform without these fitted.  These get buttoned into the collar.  These are the shorter type with three button holes for use with closed collar jackets only and not for Strichtarn!
