What you see is what you get. Light brownish stain on it. Might remove, but have not tried. Length stated is the total length of the leather belt. Marked NVA and would only have been used by Honour Guards and the Wachregiment. The last couple of sample photos show these belts in house with the Wachregiment Honour Guards in Berlin.
