I may have more than one in stock and photos are sample pics. The one you receive will be in same or better condition than the one shown. Measures 1 3/4" long. Used condition. Was not called that, but is the VP Bester badge. This badge was awarded in levels 1, 2 and 3 from 1964 to 1980 and after that the award no longer came in levels and came without the Roman number on it. The award you receive will be in used condition and will have some light wear and if with plastic covering then that may have scratches or light cracks. This badge was only awarded to BePo and KdT from 1964 to 1984.
