Product Description
UTV was to be the East German army uniform replacement and was scheduled for introduction in 1990. Due to certain events in November 1989, it never came to this new type of uniform being issued widely. What you see is what you get. This type is believed to have been made post 1990, but I do not think that anybody knows that for certain.
